Terms of Service
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms apply when you use StreamQueue (“the service”), operated by RoutineLab (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
StreamQueue is a queue and sale-alert overlay for live streamers. You manage a queue in the dashboard, add people by hand or connect a web shop, and show the queue and alerts on stream through a Browser Source in OBS, Streamlabs or similar software.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Your overlay URL works without a password, so share it only with the software that shows it on stream.
3. Free trial and subscription
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. You add a payment card to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, your Premium subscription starts on the plan you picked, monthly or yearly, billed through our payment provider, Stripe. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period after the notice.
4. When access ends
If your trial ends or your subscription lapses, the dashboard and your on-stream overlay and alerts pause until you subscribe. Your queue, settings and history are kept, so you pick up where you left off.
5. Your content and your buyers
You are responsible for what you put on stream through the service, including names and messages, and for having the right to process the order details your shop sends us. For your buyers’ personal data, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass others, to show content that breaks your streaming platform’s rules, or in a way that disrupts the service for other users. We may suspend or close an account that does.
7. Availability
We work to keep StreamQueue running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost viewers, arising from your use of the service or from it being unavailable.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
