StreamQueue

Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 September 2026

StreamQueue is operated by RoutineLab. This page explains what personal data we handle, why, and what you can ask of us. Contact: support@streamqueue.io.

What we collect about you

  • Account details: email address, display name, Twitch name, and optionally a stream title, stream URL and profile picture.
  • Subscription details from Stripe: plan, status and payment history (not card numbers).
  • How you use the service: your queue, overlay and alert settings, and when you last signed in.

Your buyers' data

When you add someone to your queue or connect a shop, we store what is needed to run the queue: the buyer’s name or Twitch name, what they bought and the order details your shop sends. For this data you are the controller and we are your processor: we use it only to run your queue and show it where you tell us to, and we delete it when you delete it or your account.

Why we use it

  • To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
  • To take payment and keep accounting records (contract and legal duty).
  • To email you about your account, your trial and changes to StreamQueue. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link (legitimate interest; you can object at any time).

Who processes it for us

  • Supabase: Database, sign-in and the servers behind the dashboard and overlay. Data is stored in the EU (Stockholm).
  • Stripe: Payments and subscriptions. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • Brevo: Sending email: sign-in and password emails, and news about StreamQueue. Based in the EU.
  • Google: Only if you sign in with Google: Google confirms who you are and shares your name and email.
  • YouTube (Google): Only if you open the setup video: it plays from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube receives your IP address and what you watch.
  • Our hosting provider: Serves the website and app pages.

We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. The public demo keeps its made-up data in your browser for that visit only. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, queue and settings. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it. Email support@streamqueue.io and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard.
